Turn your world upside down

Good Morning dear Yogis!

Mondays are always a little hectic but setting the tone for the week is absolutely key. This week I ask you to turn your world upside down by practicing Salamba Sirsasana aka the King of Yoga poses aka the headstand! Five minutes a day, five days this week. The benefits of this intermediate pose are impressive and will help make your week less stressful.
