Need a Tuesday morning post holiday boost?

Hope everyone had a fantastic Memorial Day weekend!

Jumping back into the work week after a long weekend can be a little rough so lets boost up our energy by practising the full wheel back bend.

Let me fill you in on the benefits of  full wheel:

¤  Stretches lungs and chest
¤  Stimulates thyroid and pituitary
¤  Strengthens wrists, arms, legs, buttocks, abdomen and spine
¤  Therapeutic for asthma, infertility, osteoporosis and back pain
¤  Increases energy and counteracts depression

This is such a fun yoga pose for the whole family! As always, I encourage you to make time every day this week and practise full wheel back bend. Five minutes a day can do wonders for our body and mind!
