My absolute favorite pose

 I practice yoga every single day and each day I find myself in dancer pose. It’s quite challenging and requires deep focus on gaze but once you enter into that center space – oh what a beautiful place it is!

I feel pretty and very balanced in this pose which lays a good strong foundation for me to carry throughout my day. Dancer pose does an amazing job at opening my hips and shoulders, which always seem to be tight. It also strengthens legs and ankles and stretches thighs, groin, abdomen and chest.

Dancer pose is hands down my absolute favorite!
